Welcome to Road Calm, a mobile wellness app designed to support the mental and emotional well-being of truck drivers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Survivorneers LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Road Calm, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Road Calm. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the Road Calm app only for lawful and personal wellness purposes. You may not:

• Use the app to post or transmit inappropriate or harmful content

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the app or its content

• Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity

• Use the app to harass or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

3. User Content

Road Calm allows you to enter and store personal reflections, mood logs, and interactions with our AI wellness coach.

You retain ownership of your content. By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to store, process, and display this content to deliver the Services to you.

We do not claim ownership of your journal entries or data.

4. AI Wellness Coach Disclaimer

Our AI wellness coach is designed to provide general wellness support, encouragement, and mindfulness prompts. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please consult a licensed healthcare provider or seek immediate help from a professional service.

5. In-App Purchases

Road Calm offers premium features through in-app purchases available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These purchases are managed and billed through your respective store account.

We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your billing information.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google’s terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, visuals, and AI-generated materials within Road Calm are the intellectual property of Survivorneers LLC, unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survivorneers LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services

• Reliance on information provided by the AI wellness coach

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may stop using Road Calm at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated Terms on our website or in the app, and the changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
